Someone please tell me any other film washer better than this.

Backup for Tascam DR-70 (and other audio recorders) should long time power be needed without access to AC

I'm using these to power my Tascam DR-10Lpro and they are doing just fine so far. I do have the AA versions of Powerex batteries that I use on all of my wireless mics and they give me enough power to go through an entire wedding so I am figuring that these AAA's will too.

I needed to handle power for a Tascam Dr-60 recorder with the battery pack, so 10 batteries running at once. This and the new Eneloops let me run for a long time. This charger does a great job of clearly indicating power per individual cell. It also pegged a couple of bad older batteries from my set (accurately, since I then did some other tests and tried other chargers, finding them not totally dead but quite unreliable - would falter and ultimately fail in devices). Works at a good speed, not burning out the batteries by overheating, nor too slow of a trickle so they won't take forever. Recommended!

if you use a dr-100 for field recording, you know that the lithium battery (bpl-2) does not last too long if phantom power is needed. i have 2 batteries and i run out of power every time. when this external battery came out, i bought it very fast to try it. for my surprise it works amazingly good. highly recommended. i use 6 duracell 2450 mah on it and it lasts for many, many hours using the phantom power on my dr-100. cheers

I had a Tascam DR 70D that first had a problem with the Micro USB power connection, then it had two channels die on me Channel 2 and 4 . Teac the company that produces the Tascam device wanted to charge me $110.00 for labor and then replace the mother board. I was not going to invest into a recorder that will probably have additional problems in the near future. So, I purchased the ZOOM H6 and I have used it on location for a film shoot, it works great. I would recommend this recorder for it's ease of use, great sound quality and easy to connect input devices and connect to video cameras.

It holds my Tascam Dr-100mkii securely. There was even room for the power cord once I started thinking about the foam inserts 3-dimensionally. It is super sturdy. Make sure to put in a desiccant pack to keep condensation from forming on your equipment!

This product helps me battery power my audio recorder (Tascam DR-40) in a case using a pro battery. Everyone uses small mobile phone battery packs, but I didn't want to worry about that at all. It also helps me use a GoPro battery eliminator and power a GoPro for time lapses for more than a day. It's great, easy to use, highly recommended.

Use it for my audio bag, works great. Power a SD302, a Tascam DR-40 via the USB output and 2 Sennheiser wireless receivers.

I used the battery pack to provide an additional power source to my Tascam DR-60D in locations where I am unable to use the AC adaptor. It comes in very handy as I it comes with an adaptor to mount it on the tripod screw in the bottom of the recorder. Its easy to use, and lightweight as its made of plastic. I would like to see some sort of battery meter on it, or even a way for it to communicate with the recorder to provide a power level. I don't like that there is no way of knowing where the battery levels are at, once they run out, they recorder will just shut down. Carry extra batteries with you, or purchase the longer lasting ones like the lithium from energizer. Overall its a great source of power when an electrical outlet is not available.
