This mic will pretty much blow your mind with how clean it records. The brass instrument clip isn't that great. It wouldn't stay secured on the trumpet I mounted it on. Plus, certain mutes will prevent it from mounting entirely. I'm sure the clip is very instrument dependent, so plan for backup mounting options. When in doubt, gaff tape. 5 |

This appears to be of excellent quality. The glass, of course, appears clear and distortion free (as far as I can tell looking at it), but what is also a great feature is the brass frame. Way less likely to get stuck on the end of your lens, as I have experienced with other filters. 5 |
