Draw On Screen While Recording Windows

Replacement for a 2016 MBP 15. While the trackpad and screen a a bit smaller, this is definitely more portable. For Lightroom work, even the more demanding new features, the response is instantaneous, so am hoping it will live a good 7 or so years. Screen is great with small bezels, so it is much more transportable. If transportability isn't as important, the 16 does offer a more generous trackpad. While at home I have a 5K Thunderbolt Display, so the screen size isn't a factor, and it is plenty big and sharp for on the road use. Battery is great, too. looked at the Air, but the screen was a little too small, but otherwise would probably have been good for Lightroom for years to come as well. Screen on the MBP is nicer for photo work, so that sealed it.

Was skeptical, thought it'd just be like any other matte screen protector, definitely wrong about that. It is truly magical, I can draw clean lines now without it looking like someone attached a vibrator to my arm. This is a must for anyone using an Apple Pencil and iPad.

I first purchased Paperlike about a year ago, for my iPad Pro. That unfortunately broke this November, and I have since been trapped in a limbo of forgetting to repurchase and then cursing myself every time I would open Procreate to draw. This is definitely a tool that I think does away with so many of the “small” annoyances that come up when using the Apple Pencil directly on the screen. The constant weird zig-zags, the inexplicable line that appears in the middle of nowhere, heck it even makes the screen not confuse your hand with a finger gesture! And so, I’ve finally remembered to repurchase and will continue to do so, for as long as I am using an iPad Pro to draw. 10/10, would recommend!

The paperlike screen protector is ideal for artists working on the iPad pro. I found the bare screen off putting to draw on, the texture was too slidy and smooth, but the paperlike adds a really natural paper texture which is so much nicer to draw on. Totally changed my experience drawing on the ipad! Highly recommend. It seems a bit hard to put the protector on at first when you see it, but the helpful video link made it very accessible.
