needed a drawer to fit a laptop in and this drawer fit the bill perfectly. I had very limited backspace available for this install so the 1U design was perfect. It pulls out more than enough. Very sturdy construction and mounting is solid. Drawer stays secure when stored shut, despite not having a lock or keeper. I got this because I was tired of my headset taking up space in my work drawer. It was super easy to install, basically just two screws (or the double-sided VHB tape).
