Over time, you won't have to worry about the cord connection loosening at the bottom (which will affect your audio quality) like you will the Yeti. Samson was the first to market with the USB mic (from what I've read), and this model will not disappoint if you're looking to stay within the $100 range.

This is my second wheeled base in my studio. It's a dream to move the stands ... I should've done it a long time ago. It's a no brainer if you want to make your life easier and effortlessly move your stands

I work in theater and often need to do recording sessions with a number of people who want to be able to listen at the same time (me, a director, a couple performers). For under $, the PHA40 is an ideal way to solve that need. It is very simple to use, allows everyone to control their own volume, and basically just works as advertised, which is something to be skeptical about for this price. I do wish it came with a few 1/4 to 1/8 adapters, but those are fairly cheap on there own if you need them.

As a studio owner I already own a lot of boom mic stands. Over time some of the booms go bad while the main shaft remains fine. Why replace the entire stand when you can just get a high quality boom replacement for less than half the price. Love it! These are really great. I was embarrassed a few times by my old mic stands drooping with a heavy condenser mic during a session. Now I don't have to worry that. This model boom arm holds firm. I'm happy and will be getting some more.

This lens is a dream come true. I shoot wildlife, often at a distance, and this lens is amazing. The lens is sharp as a tack and, when mounted on a gimbal head, very easy to handle. Auto Focus is super fast and quiet. Used a 2X converter and had great results. My first extensive use of the lens was in Yellowstone and Grand Teton this past November. We hit all kinds of weather and the lens never disappointed. All in all I got some of the best photographs of my life. This lens puts you right there.

Now I can have those dream shoots during the day time.
