Driving Road Test Simulation

Stands the test of our road shows!

I ordered this as both a back up charger and as a means of keeping my camera's batteries charged when on the road driving.

I first experienced flight simulation in 1998 with the Microsoft flight Simulation program. I'am retired now and became interested in flight simulation again and downloaded the MSFS 2020. My old control apparatus was not compatible with the new MSFS so I began searching for new controls. I was familiar with B H from purchasing photo equipment in years past. After contacting BH sales and being placed on a waiting list for a basic joystick I received notice of the availability of the one I recently purchased. Thanks B and H for getting me back on track.

I couldn't be happier with this product. I purchased it for my husband. I was afraid he would get injured or injure someone else while driving because he was checking the score of last night's game, sharing a post on social media, or liking photos of friends and family. Distracted driving is a problem, but the magi OUNT presents the perfect solution. You can see everything on your phone's screen, hands-free while keeping your line of sight level with the road. No longer will you have to look down and accidentally rear-end somebody or have a close call with a pedestrian or pet. Now, when we go on weekend adventures or travel out-of-state or within the five boroughs, we can see the directions to our destination clearly without taking our eyes off the road. The magi OUNT is really durable and solid. My smartphone and his smartphones stay firmly attached to the dash even in rocky terrain or roads pot marked with potholes. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended for all drivers. Especially teens and young adult drivers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Thinkware Q1000 Front + Rear Dash Cam is awesome. I am more aware of what’s going on while riding with this technology hooked up in my car. In my community, there are a lot of hit and run accidents and I’ve been a victim, so now I can capture any accidents and/or license plates that I can help with insurance claims or culprits on the road. I also have teen boy who has started driving, so these cameras help me watch whats going on and how he’s driving my car for safety reasons. I now can record my family’s journey on road trips during the spring and summer for great memories of the fantastic views while we travel. Plus, I can save time with the built-in GPS system and not get lost in other cities. I really love the quality of video that is captured. I also love the features on the camera that tell us that there’s a traffic enforcement camera ahead, which is a big deal where I live. This bundle has many great features and was very easy to install and didn’t take much time to do. We set the app up on the cell phone and it’s all working good. I definitely and highly recommend this dash cam bundle.

I bought the ball mount version a couple of weeks ago before going on a two-day camping/road trip that involved off-pavement driving, and I have used it daily since. The good - It is much more convenient to use than the X-style mount that it replaced and mostly stayed in place. Charging is integrated into the mount, so there is no longer the need to put the phone in the mount and then try to plug it in to charge. It is sleeker and fits the other company's ball mount system seamlessly, the build quality is solid and feels robust. The downside - It charges at glacial speed and might just maintain the charge, but this is more a function of Magsafe vs. cable charging. The phone fell off the mount on two occasions, but this was while driving on a heavily corrugated gravel road. The strength of the magnet has its limitations and it would not be appropriate for anything other than the closed cab type vehicle if driving off-pavement. I would recommend this to a friend, but not an enemy.

This is an amazing small Crushproof case. I would not want to test it with driving over it with a car but I would bet it would be just fine. I use this case for my RED Camera Mini Magazines. I needed to take a hobby knife to cut a few little parts out of the rubber insert but I have to say I feel fully confident when my Mini Mag's are in side.

I have used the unit once for a gravel road bike race to test it out and the tracking worked very well. My daughter was able to follow my progress, even noting when I stopped along the way. I will continue testing but so far my family is happy I have it for my more isolated location adventures.

I've not had a chance to road test the unit, but seems like a great value for the money. It works out of the box, design is a bit boxy, but seems like it will do the trick. I bought a 20' extension cable, also seems stable.

Just put the Seven5 Deluxe kit to the test on a road trip up the California coast. The light I had to work with at times was less than ideal. Had it not been for the Seven5 Deluxe set at my disposal, I know there would have been shots I would have had to pass by. Adapted to my Fuji XT-1, it immediately became obvious the two were meant for each other!
