Driving Sim Setup

I have a driving sim rig and had been using a TV. Once I finally upgraded to a hi-def curved monitor I had the option of mounting it directly to my rig or have it isolated from the rig. Best choice I ever made to get this particular stand. A - my entire rig slides up under it far enough to have the monitor exactly where I want it. and B - I can add 2 more monitors for a 3-screen rig when Im ready. My little 34 monitor is rock solid ... I get the notion that this stand could handle BIG monitors and more than one. The price is painful but it is a price of entry for those with rig evolution & growth in their future.

Absolutely love this new addition to my flight sim setup. Works great for DCS and Xplane 11. I didn't have to bind any keys to the A10C-II for the MFD's in DCS, plugged it in and ready to go. B&H had the lowest price on the Internet.

There are more expensive options out there that may offer a more immersive experience for the ultimate sim racer, but for a more affordable price range that still offers good force feedback, this option is great. Would prefer if this special edition came with t3pa pro pedals instead of the standard t3pa, but they are definitely adequate. This was my first sim racing experience and I have really enjoyed it so far, along with TH8A shifter in handbrake format and a GT Omega Wheelstand. I use this setup with DiRT Rally, it is quite easy to get a comfortable setup with a bit of research on force feedback settings. Since this was my first setup, I purchased this combo. If I were to buy it again, I would instead buy the tx servo base, T3PA Pro pedals, and then buy my own add on wheel based on preference. The base is nice, the cooling works as intended, the fan only comes on after heavy activity and turns off when the temps normalize, and the fan itself is not very noticeable, non existent if you use headphones. Plenty of buttons to bind important controls to, the paddles are a great size, and installation was simple. Definitely recommend for new people wanting a nice first racing setup or people upgrading a previous setup that don't care for the pro pedals.

This setup is all you need. Duo stocks are so intuitive for a space sim, there’s very little ramp up time. Some folks spend over a grand on metal, super realistic sticks for this setup. Unless you’re an enthusiast with a lot of extra cash - it’s not needed. These sticks are GREAT for the $.

I held off for months into getting a proper setup for sim racing that'll be a good experience, just because of the expense. It's well worth the money, and strikes a good balance between a quality experience, better technology within the base, and future upgrades like different wheels that work with the TX base, and the H-Pattern shifter.

Adds a new level of interactivity to racing and driving games that greatly enhances immersion and enjoyment. I have driven automatic cars my whole life, but for playing racing games or Truck Simulator I really like having the added control and activity that manually switching gears provides. Feel more like a racer or a trucker. Quality is great, feels heavy and solid and mostly metal. Mounted perfectly to my wheelstand pro with RGS upgrade. Quality and functionality-wise I've had no issues with this shifter, it recognized automatically in Forza Horizon 5 without any configuration at all, and was very easy to configure in Truck Simulator with an SKRS truck shifter knob on it. You do need to install a software driver when you first set it up in order for it to work correctly, but it's very simple setup. It is expensive for what it is, but I don't regret the purchase at all because of how much it has changed the way I play pretty much any driving/racing game. After getting this, my setup feels complete. Just a note on the seller: I never ordered anything from B&H before but I was impressed with the quick order processing and shipping. I ordered the product later in the evening of Dec. 12, and received the product morning of Dec. 15. Good experience, I'd buy from B&H again.

Very high quality and easy to setup and calibrate. The loadcell is a much more immersive experience over potentiometer style pedal set. The difference is that the loadcell pedal is based on pressure as it is in real world scenario and not how far you actually move the pedal. Also, this pedal set comes with several different spring options to adjust your ideal preference in how you would like the pedal to feel for your style of driving. Make this your next upgrade before anything else if you're on a budget and looking to increase your driving and racing in your favorite sims.
