I purchased this slider in September of 2021 on the recommendation of a friend. Through my own fault, I did not get around to testing it until about 2 months later. Out of the box, the denote did not power on. Apparently the power terminals and the retaining bracket for them had become damaged in shipping. I reached out to the seller, and they refused to help as it was outside of their 30 day return window. Was not looking for an exchange, but just to have the remote replaced. I contacted the manufacturer, GVM, and once I spoke to keen I had a new remote within a few days. Kudos to GVM for replacing the defective remote so quickly, great support. 5 |

Adds a new level of interactivity to racing and driving games that greatly enhances immersion and enjoyment. I have driven automatic cars my whole life, but for playing racing games or Truck Simulator I really like having the added control and activity that manually switching gears provides. Feel more like a racer or a trucker. Quality is great, feels heavy and solid and mostly metal. Mounted perfectly to my wheelstand pro with RGS upgrade. Quality and functionality-wise I've had no issues with this shifter, it recognized automatically in Forza Horizon 5 without any configuration at all, and was very easy to configure in Truck Simulator with an SKRS truck shifter knob on it. You do need to install a software driver when you first set it up in order for it to work correctly, but it's very simple setup. It is expensive for what it is, but I don't regret the purchase at all because of how much it has changed the way I play pretty much any driving/racing game. After getting this, my setup feels complete. Just a note on the seller: I never ordered anything from B&H before but I was impressed with the quick order processing and shipping. I ordered the product later in the evening of Dec. 12, and received the product morning of Dec. 15. Good experience, I'd buy from B&H again. 5 |
