This is a real game-changer for getting the exact shot that you want. It's a little pricey but, all things considered, worth every penny. I got the small version (5.5), and for the way I fly and take video, I would have no need for the larger versions. I use it for my DJI Mavic Pro. You may need to purchase a 3rd party display mount since at this time DJI does not have one for the Mavic controller. You will never regret purchasing this display!

This arm works perfect for attaching an external monitor to my JVC ENG HD camera, and DSLR rig. It also is s great attachment for lighting gear as well.

If you want to select the best 7 camera mount field monitor available, spend the extra and get the Small HD 702. It has two settings for brightness, the standard one for studio and an extra bright one for outdoor film making, in the sun. Couple with a SmallRig cage and shade, you will not regret this. It is a serious piece of equipment, well built out of a solid piece of aluminum. Two mounts for Sony Type L batteries. Full side HDMI i/o. Then the fun begins when you make pages with your favorite LUTs or evaluation tools. No regrets. Spend the extra bread and be happy.

Was looking for a cheaper end monitor because I didn't need it to record to pro res or raw, just needed a screen. Was gonna get this or the Small HD, but the small HD is more expensive so thought I'd try this. So glad I did because it is definitely bright enough and tough screen and has tons of features I love. Peaking, Histogram, Over Exposure, Zoom, you can customize the buttons to show you what you want. And I feel it's a true replica of what I'm seeing on the camera screen, exposure wise and color wise, so that I love. I also love that is shows camera settings, unlike the SmallHD I borrowed from a friend. I'd always have to look at the camera monitor to see shutter speed, iso, aperture, etc. This one I don't have to do that I see everything that's on the camera screen. Definitely a buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was worried that this monitor wouldn’t work out for me because I use a MacBook Pro (2019 intel, running macOS 14) in claim shell mode as a desktop computer. My concern was that the camera and speakers that are built into the monitor wouldn’t work. I initially had issues when I was trying to use apple’s av hub (and it never worked out for me). I now use a usb-c hub (I have ugreen hub/dongle off Amazon) and it works without any problems. The monitor only includes a DisplayPort cable, which I’m sure is fine if you’re going to use a pc, but I would have preferred an hdmi cable. The HD camera puts out a great image and the speakers, while not great, get the job done nicely. The picture quality of the monitor is good (would NOT work for gaming), it’s what you can expect from a low end 1080p ISP panel. Over all, if you’re looking for an easy to set up, inexpensive monitor and an HD webcam, I would totally recommend this to you.
