Dropped My Mirrorless Camera

Very comfortable. Easy to adjust. I've used it in DSLR and mirrorless. I don't use anything else and have never dropped my camera.

FIRST MIRRORLESS CAMERA, STILL HAVE MY 7II. A GREAT COMBO.

This is my first Fuji Camera and first mirrorless. My last camera was a Nikon entry-level DSLR around 10 years old. It was time for an upgrade. This camera is compact but packs a big punch. I'm amazed by how much you can customize through the settings. Taking some time looking through the menus and exploring the settings before you take it out makes a world of difference. I also took some time to create my own custom film sims which makes shooting so much fun and creative. I practice film photography and having this digital option with somewhat traditional dials complements my film practice perfectly.

I have always used this filter on my lenses and sometimes I would buy it for friends, MY uncle dropped his camera and damaged the filter that I gave him. I told him, good thing that you have the filter on which saved the lens and I said I will just get another one for him.

Definitely protects the lens. My daughter dropped my camera. The filter broke but did not shatter and there was no damage to the lens.

My previous filter shattered after my camera dropped to the concrete sidewalk. The edge of the filter was damaged, but protected my lens from striking the ground on its edge and possible damaging it such that filters could no longer be attached. In addition to the peace of mind from protecting the lens, I also am more comfortable when cleaning the filter, not as worried about scratching the lens front itself if a piece of dirt or sand gets between the cleaning cloth and the glass.

I bought this filter as a replacement. My last filter shattered after my camera was dropped, however my lens remained intact. Using this filter as an inexpensive protector for your expensive lens really works. Easy to attach, ... great value. I never take the filter off my lens.

Dropped my camera in NYC last week. My Sigma lens hood cracked, but my $1k+ lens and my $2.5k+ camera were just fine, thank you! Unless I'm in a very secure setup, I won't shoot without a lens hood.

My camera dropped a foot onto cement and an edge of my polarizer filter took the brunt of the impact. The filter was now stuck on the lens. This filter wrench easily removed the filter and I'm now able to use different filters on my 10-24mm lens with no issue.
