Drum Sets And Guitars In Recording Studio

I'm using this stand in a recording/sewing studio. It allows me to move all seven guitars around the room very quickly. I would recommend this stand for anyone needing to get rid of all those cases and to make their guitars easier to get to. Out of sight, out of mind!

I use these K92s for studio recording an electronic drum kit. The quick response and frequency range makes for a really authentic acoustic drum sound reproduction. The volume levels are huge which means you could take this into a live, environment even without monitoring. The audio clarity, volume and dynamics easily matches, or out performs some headsets that are priced at 5x the price of the K92. The closed back does prevent a large amount of leakage but they can still be heard significantly enough that they could be picked up by sensitive microphones should you be trying to record acoustic instruments. So could get click track / scratch track bleed into the main mix.

I HAVE A HOME STUDIO AND THE AKG C414 XLII SETS AN EXAMPLE FOR RECORDING VOICES. IT HAS A BRIGHT END NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INSTRUMENT RECORDINGS BUT IF YOU PLAN TO USE THIS MIC FOR VOCALS, BE SURE YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE BEST. THE APOLLO TWIN DUO PROVIDES ULTRA LOW LATENCY AND IN ADDITION TO THE UAD PLUGINS IT WORKS REALLY NICE.

I use this mic for podcasting and recording acoustic guitars and it works great. I have no complaints.

I primarily use this mic on acoustic guitars, but it also works great on the bottom snare or as an overhead for drums. This microphone has such a vibrant, yet clean sound that has had a huge impact on my recording quality. I have also used the Rode NT1-A and have had great success with both. I highly recommend Rode microphones for recording artists who want a big sound, but are on a budget.

I was looking for an SM-81 to record acoustic guitars anyway - it was recommended to me by a friend who teaches recording engineering - and I thought the bundle was too good to pass up. It did not disappoint. The SM-81 is clearly legendary for a reason. I've now made multiple recordings with it, with several different guitars, and the tracks sit perfectly in the mix with no additional EQ and no fuss. Today I tracked a vocal with it and was stunned by how well it captured my voice. Very very impressed with this mic and I'm not sorry I sprung for the extras.

I use this stand for recording guitars and sitting vocals. I like the large turning knobs. It has been a hit so far and unlike other stands that get wobbly and sketchy over long periods of use, it's been really sturdy so far. It really is a small stand though, there will be no recording a standing adult human being.

I'm recording acoustic guitars and am very happy with the Pro 37 and am delighted at the price. Would highly recommend.
