Bought this cable for my D5500 DLSR Camera and it worked like a charm. I have zero complaints.

This bag is perfect, my camera and gear all fit with extra room. I have a Nikon D5500 and 2 lens that I carry with me. I like that this bag has a zipper and clasp as well as great padding that protect everything. The bag is not too heavy which is nice when carrying it around.

This is the bag I carry my Nikon D5500 in when I have only one lens mounted. The 18-140 zoom lens is a snug fit, but the case is well constructed and nicely padded. So it means that the camera and lens are fairly secured from damage. If you use instead the 18-55 zoom on this camera body, then you have a very roomy storage area. I carry a spare battery, and a couple of spare memory cards in the side and front zippered pockets. I love the bag dearly!

Worked well once I bought a brand-new battery for it -  the battery they provided only had a few feet of range. I tested from about 15 feet away and it worked fine (didn't discover the limit). Regarding battery change - I didn't find it difficult, and it indicates pretty clearly on the remote itself how to do it (step 1 is hold a tab over, step 2 is pull battery tray out while still holding tab). Instructions are provided with your camera, and differ from camera to camera, which is why they are not provided with the unit. I think the small size is great - it tucks into a pocket of a minimalist camera case and is always there.  I use it with my D5500, and observed: - The D5500 has IR sensors on both the front and the back, so I could operate the remote from either side - The front sensor on the D5500 is next to the lens, which makes the remote less reliable from the side that's blocked by the lens. In group shots, I stand on the left side of the group. - You enable the remote in the same camera menu that enables the self-timer (which on my camera I get to via a button on the front lens mount). In fact, the model number of the remote is mentioned in that menu, which is how I discovered it even exists! - if you are in the picture, you will need to use the 2-second delay if you don't want the remote to be visible in the picture. - Unlike the self-timer, you don't have to enable remote operation for every shot, you can just keep taking pictures. I would love an RF wireless remote of course (mainly so the 2-second delay wouldn't be needed in group photos), but genuine RF wireless Nikon solutions are $100-$300. For the money, this little guy works great for my occasional use.

I use this camera for mainly bird photos. It is quite a step up from the D5500 I was using as my primary camera. I'm slowly learning more and more of the ins and outs of it.

Coming from a Nikon D5500 this Z6 is amazing. I traditionally use my camera for landscape photos, wildlife, and racing along with video streaming to YouTube. I have tested the camera at this point on everything except the racetrack and have been more then happy with everything at this point.

This case fits well and works well on my D5500 - the screen protects that come with it are nice. I've used it on 2 separate wooded hikes and it protected the camera as I would expect. You can access all the controls for the camera without issue. I've rated it based on the quality that I think it deserves and for purposes of adding an extra layer of protection to your camera, I would recommend it - but it does add some bulk to the camera which I personally don't really prefer.

I needed an over-ride of on camera flash, since I dislike the deer in the headlights look of the built in on camera flash (Nikon D5500). This unit overrides and provides what I needed.

I'm using a Nikon D5500 with a Nikon SB600. Took less than 5 minutes to set up and shoot.
