I used this hooked up to my iPhone 6+ in the past, but since I upgraded to the 7+ with no headphone jack I've been using the mic hooked up to an audio recorder for my DSLR video (the recorder has phantom power). I use the extension cable and rode adapter for standard 3.5mm input and it works great. The sound is as good as I'll need it to be for interviews. I'd only upgrade to a nicer mic if this one breaks. 5 |

I am frustrated that most dslr and mirrorless cameras lack a GPS. Especially for trips to foreign countries I find it really great to have the location recorded. I find it stupid to have to use my iPhone to make sure I have the location. Workarounds connecting time my iPhone are a pain and don’t stay in sync. I use the Canon GPS on my Canon XF400 camcorder and it works great for both video and photos. 5 |

I bought these gloves to use with my DSLR, and they work just fine. The thumb and finger caps opened easily and did not get in the way. But I've found other uses for them: I'm a cycler and they work perfectly for me while on my bike to use my iPhone without taking off a glove - which isn't easy while riding. Similarly, when out walking, the gloves make it easy to operate an iPhone and still keep my hands warm. 5 |

I wouldn't use it for a full-frame DSLR, necessarily, but solid construction for an iPhone. Packs down well. Rugged without being bulky. 5 |

Solid Build! I use it with my iPhone 11 Pro + Beastcage mostly but it can also handle the weight of a DSLR with lens attached. Can also be used as a selfie stick. The extension really helps. Overall great tripod not just for table top purposes but on the go as well. Lightweight and easily fits into a backpack or tote bag. Very convenient for travelers and Vloggers. 5 |
