Although mirrorless is in and by the time I end this sentence, another new technology will take out mirrorless, and so on, and so on... my point: If your dabbing into DSLR photography, don't buy an inexpensive camera, save up for this, and take the PLUNGE from Get-Go, BECAUSE you are going to end up here anyway. Instead of spending money on intro cameras, rent one to see if you like photo/video doings, then come back and get the BEST DSLR Canon ever made, even into this Day and Age, The Canon 5D Mark IV. I have this model from several years ago, and this one, while bigger (so my dismay) is still small and very smooth, all that's needed for any videographer using small DSLR or mirrorless cameras. The only thing you'd need a better head (a they get really expensive for the good ones, I don't recommend manfrotto's higher end ones, you have to but better brands...) for is really long lens tracking type shots, this one doesn't have smooth enough transitions with change in direction for a focal length above 200mm. 5 |
