Dual Laptop Docking Station

This laptop docking station's compatibility is universal and it is compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8.x and 7, macOS 10.14 or later, and ChromeOS 100 or later. Plug and play driver installation via Windows Update; manual driver installation on macOS. Dock does not charge host PC. I have already recommended the Plugable USB 3 Universal Docking Station for Dual Monitor to many of my friends and family and several of them have already purchased and used this docking station to manage their dual monitors quite easily and they all love to use this device.

The X1 Carbon, is leightweight, but still very powerful. The docking station makes it the most useful laptop that I have ever owned.

I bought this to see if I could get dual monitor operation from my HP docking station. It was very easy to install, and after a few display adjustments, went right to work. I am very pleased with the display quality, which I attribute in part to the cables construction. I would purchase this same adapter/cable again for other applications.

The image quality is sharp to me for my day to day work. I have not had a real chance to use it during any heavy gaming, but I'm pretty confident it should do well. I'm very impressed how quick this docking station was to get set up. I personally ran into no issues. I installed the drivers, plugged everything in, and was good to go. There are so many ports that I haven't run into a single compatibility issue since I've set it up. Highly recommend.
