I didn't grow up in the industry so never heard of gaffer tape. I used duct tape for most needs. Duct tape will keep it on there - but it leaves such a sticky mess. Problem solved with gaffer tape. It's quite expensive but then again if I were to tally all my time trying to remove duct tape residue.. I haven't tried other than the general brand. It comes highly recommended and works great for all my needs. Sticks- and no mess. Perfect.. 5 |

I keep a small roll of Pro Gaffers Tape in each of my camera kit bags. It's like the duct tape for photographers, but removeable, and does not harm your equipement. 5 |

This is really Gaffers Tape, not duct tape. It is more expensive than the cheap gaffers tape, but well worth it. Much sticker, matt finish, flexible, no residue. Its middle of the road on price, but much closer to the high end on performance. 5 |
