I purchased this bag for use on a trip to the eastern caribbean, where I wore it for several hours each day we were in port. It easily carried all my gear and was quite comfortable. Access to items in the bag was quick and easy for the most part. The metal hooks which keep the top flap close are very secure and keep everything safe, though difficult to open/close one-handed (if you care about such things). I would have preferred some way to attach my tripod apart from just sandwiching it between the top flap and the main compartment. There may, in fact, be such functionality - I just haven't taken much time to determine the best way to do so. Overall, very pleased with this bag and its performance on this trip. Highly recommended. 5 |
