Duex Plus Portable Monitor

I bought the Duex Plus monitor from the Kickstarter campaign, and it has been amazing. I use it daily, and it makes working remotely from anywhere so easy. I can literally work anywhere now. It was the best thing I bought when I started working from home. The magnets take a little work to get in the right place when you first get it depending on the size of your laptop, so more magnet stickies would be helpful.

Unlike most portable monitors where you have to stand them separately from the laptop, the Duex Pro Portable Monitor is attached to the monitor using very strong magnets. This is super convenient for someone like me who works out of coffee shops at times where there isn't much space. And because it's lightweight (much lighter than I expected), it doesn't weigh you down when you carry it. Highly recommend for remote workers and anyone who needs a portable monitor that's convenient to carry around.

I am a week into using my new Mobile Pixels Duex Pro Portable Monitor and it has changed how I work from home. It was super easy to install and the screen quality and brightness adjustments are perfect. I highly recommend the portable monitor for anyone working using a laptop- from students, to moms, to the work from home workforce.

I just received the Duex Pro as a Christmas present, and I must say that I enjoy having a portable monitor for my laptop! I rarely use desktop computers, and I often need to keep multiple tabs and documents open and switch among them, so having another monitor has been extremely helpful with productivity. Additionally, I attend multiple Teams meetings, and I can refer to documents or check email without having to toggle back-and-forth. The setup was easy, and the color quality is clear and crisp. Overall, this is a great product!

Not only can I work from anywhere without seeing any dips in my productivity, I can also arrange the screen to work for me in landscape, portrait or presentation mode. It's so easy to attach and use and I love that I can keep it connected to my MacBook when toting it around. It's heavier than I expected but not a deal breaker for the advantages. Gets lots of attention and inquiry when out in public. Friends have already picked up their own!

The idea and execution of the Duex Plus is outstanding. It works just as advertised and has been a perfect addition to my road-warrior setup. My only concern is that the though the materials look professional and of quality, the feel is a little thin and flimsy. It has not broken, mind you, but I am concerned about long term use and how the plastics and screen will hold up. 5 stars for now, but may have to adjust this review in the future.

It’s been a game changer for my doctoral coursework - no more tabbing between all my open documents! The only way to make it better would be to go back in time so I could order it sooner.

The Duex Pro has indeed increased my productivity. Working from home is stressful enough, being able to have a second monitor is a blessing. Love the product!

I am so glad I picked Mobile Pixels Duex Pro for my second monitor need. It makes my work so much more productive without all the clunk and hassle. I was worried about set up, but it comes with very clear instructions and I was able to attach the monitor to my laptop in less than five minutes. You do not have to buy any wires separately- everything comes ready for you! My co-worker and manager also bought this product for themselves and told me they are very happy with it.

I bought the Duex monitor over a year ago, and suddenly it started connecting and disconnecting. Driver reinstallation didn't help with this issue. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. I recommend the product and the company!
