E Instruments Session Strings Pro

I will be using this for recording vocals, instruments (bass, trumpet, guitar, sax) and synth (strings, piano, etc.). Having tried it on synth samples thus far, it adds a mellowing and pleasing analog feel to the recording quality. Excellent manufacturing and presentation.

Lots of articulations that play well together. I also find the synchron player easier/faster to use than Vienna's older Vienna Instrument player or Kontakt based sample sets. Note that Elite sits somewhere between Chamber and Pro/I orchestra in terms of number of strings. I find that the number of strings in the Pro/I orchestra is enough that you lose some of that sense of 'bow on string'. With Elite you still hear some of that 'bow on the string'. Layering Elite on Pro is also really useful.

Perfect bag for a 1-5 day trip. Or use it to schlep pro recording equipment Or instruments or anything in. On your back of course. I didn’t see any scratches or dents. Maybe a scuff on the bottom, but I might have caused that putting it on the floor. Outstanding!

We now have four Audio-Technica Pro 37's. They are used in a house of worship setting for instruments, two on the piano and two that rotate picking up the bell choir and occasionally micing other instruments such as guitars and cellos. On occasion they have even been used for voice. We find the Pro 37 to be a versatile condenser microphone that has never let us down. I really can't find anything negative to report. Over all a great small microphone to have in your stable.

I use this incredible ministudio for voice and instruments. If you use Audition, Pro Tools or produce a radio web show it is very easy to use. In combination with my Blue Microphone the sound it is clear, deep and strong. Love it!

I record VO's for sales presentions, comercials, movie opens, movie sound tracks, cartoon's, etc. Depending on the announcer, I normally use a Neumann TLM170, AKG 414, Sennheiser MD421, MXL V88 or the MXL tube V69 as my normal mics for a VO session. On a receint session I mounted the AT2035, as soon as the announcer opened his mouth I knew I had picked the right microphone for that particular session!!! The Sandisk Extreme Pro SDHC memory card is the perfect size for an photo session with active grandchildren. I can shoot quickly without any delay.
