E22 Samsung Microwave

I like how it can be regenerated using a microwave oven.

EOS R & GP-E2 via Flash Hot Shoe. BG-E22 & PW Plus III via PC to 3.5mm TS Canon TC-80N3 w/ Canon RA-E3 to 3.5mm TRS or Canon RS-60E3

Fantastic fit, finish and feel. I used this on my BG-E20 for ages and you won’t find a better plate. Also, I use the QD socket for all my straps and it is an amazing system. I was disappointed to learn that RRS did not make a similar product for the EOS R BG-E22. You have to buy a one-piece L plate, which interferes with the screen. So I was excited to figure out that this plate fits on the BG-E22 exactly and it is an identical fit. Whoohooo!

Recently upgraded from the already excellent L22 to the E22 Lynx Studio Soundcard. A new build with a new Mobo facilitated the move. The PciE E22 has upgraded dac’s which give the music a greater sense of space and sparkle. In my estimation Lynx provides some of the premiere sound cards in the business. Again my thanks to BHphoto for their continued excellent service. T

Upgrade my old L22 that is still perfect. I was a little sceptical but the E22 definitely an upgrade in sound quality over the L22.the L22 was already an good card but this one is better and being PCIe will make it compatible to futur mb upgrade. The only thing I find strange is I get better / worst results in sq and volume depending on the slot used. Waiting for Lynx feedback on that one. About b&h, nothing but good things to say, easy and fast transaction. Took less than 48 hours to get in Canada.

I have found the Canon BG-E22 Battery Grip to be very ergonomic. It doesn’t add to much bulk or weight to the camera, in fact it helps with balance when using larger EF lenses, but hasn’t been a hinderance when used with the R 24-105mm. On another note, it makes it possible to charge the batteries in place via USB C which is very convenient.

I use a large mixing bowl, filled with filtered water. I use the microwave to warm the water, 2-3 minutes, and mix about half the powder. Repeat for the remaining powder. Let it cool over night.

Fantastic product. Have even run the microwave on it with no issues. Charges as fast as they say it can. Plenty of outlets to plug stuff into. I have not triggered the breakers so this is a very legit battery backup system! I hope they make a large system to run the whole house one day.

I use these at tower sites to receive and re-transmit my point to point microwave network. They supply power to the tower top radios and provide all switching functions plus allow me to remotely view the actual bandwidth across each port in real time. Plus they bring local bandwidth into the towers local router. Another inexpensive but vital part in my network.
