I bought the lense about a month and a half ago, since then that is the only lense I have used in all my trips (Portugal, Middle east, Sri Lanka and Back to the US) No other lenses beats the quality, portabilty and speed of this 28mm. I do carry a second body with a 70-200mm VRII but for 90% of my photos I use my A7s with this great lenses. 5 |

I am currently deployed to the middle east and use this case to move around my photo equipment and electronics. This is a solid well bit travel case. I can throw my camera equipment and laptop in this case and move about the desert worry free. The case is able to keep all dust and sand out of it as well as stand up to the abuse from other gear and ammo beating on it. Great case. 5 |

The one that I just bought from B+H will be my third one: the first one I gave away to a friend in the Middle East, the second one lasted me for 27 years or so. I've been using it for both SLR's and video and I have it with me whenever I go out to take pictures. The only minor thing I can think about is that you can not replace the ball-head when it is worn-out as happend to me this time, but let's be real, replacing it after 27 years.... no problem. 5 |
