This was very easy to install, and works perfectly. I was able to transfer my Licences from the old USB stick by simply dragging them from one USB to the other. I recommend that after installing the Software, first shutdown your Computer, unplug he USB device, then plug it back in and power it back on again. Otherwise, it may not appear under Device Manager, nor in the License Control Manager. Also , make sure you download and install the latest software from the iLok Website. 5 |

I used this to back up my old desktop computer. It was easy to install, and I performed the backup using Windows Backup manager. It's compact, lightweight, and easy to use. I haven't had to access the backup yet, but I took a look at the files and it seems to have been a success. I'm glad to have the peace of mind. 5 |

After downloading and installing the QNAP raid manager set up was very easy. I connect the housing with 4 new 8TB Seagate Iron Wolf drives. The raid manager took me to Mac drive utility for formatting the drives. The the walk through process to set up the raid 10 was very easy. Very happy so far at 2 weeks into using. 5 |
