Great stand for desktop use. Only one drawback is that bar code label took some work to remove.

I have scanned a box of paper which are really important for me. Now they are scanned into organized folders on my laptop. So much better, I can find everything easily. I found the touchscreen to be very intuitive and quite responsive to the touch. The Epson WorkForce ES-580W has every feature you would expect a modern day scanner to have. It has Duplex (this means two sided scanning, for two sided documents) scanning capability, which is an absolute must have in today's time. It is very fast and can quickly scan stacks of papers. It can connect with USB or wireless. The best thing I like about it is the touchscreen and its wireless connectivity. I could not believe how user-friendly this scanner is. This Epson scanner is extremely easy for me to set up in my home office. In my home office I currently have both a Mac and a PC. The Epson wireless feature is great especially since I am currently working off my phone and IPad a lot these days. The Epson software is user-friendly. The scans are of the utmost quality. The document feeder is reliable. No issues with jams in the document feeder like I have had issues with other scanners. I love that I can feed 50 pages at a time! I am writing a review of the Epson - Workforce Es-300w Wireless Duplex Mobile Document Scanner in black. I work as an auditor, so scanning and portable documents are an every day part of my job and I am always looking for ways to make this process easier and faster. The size of it is so small that it fits in my backpack and works well for travel purposes. I also like how it lets me scan documents wirelessly not only to my computer, but also a tablet or my smartphone. I was pleasantly surprised that the scanner could be powered with an ac adapter, usb or battery. The software related to this scanner was also easy to navigate. I love this scanner and I will definitely be continuing to use this on a daily basis in the future as it makes both my work and personal activities easier to complete. Since I work from home for an agency, there are some things that I have to scan and get out to clients. It's sometimes a hassle to do that on my all-in-one printer, so having a separate document scanner helps. The WorkForce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Desktop Document Scanner is convenient, quick, and was so easy to set up. I had it scanning in less than 5 minutes. The WiFi setup still isn't completed because there is an issue with communication between my computer & the Document Scanner since my computer is hardwired. But that's a network issue, not a WorkForce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Desktop Document Scanner issue. I love that it's not bulky so it does not take up much space at all. The document feeder closes down so that you can keep dust or debris out of the feeder and keep your scanner running nice. I tried it out scanning some household papers that I wanted to get out of my file box and did so quickly without having to scan both sides of each separately. I do a ton of scanning on a daily basis for work and personal use and my printer/scanner is not by my desk so its a pain in the butt. I just received the Epson Workforce ES-60w Wireless portable scanner last week. I was able to get it up and running within a matter of minutes the longest thing was entering in my wifi code. I love that it is a Wireless Portable Scanner i can sit on my floor to scan all our receipts or photos from our trips without being tied to the computer. I have tried other small scanners and they either only scan in b&w or the image is horrible. i use this for photos, receipts, documents, insurance cards and business cards (photos scans come out so nice). I wasnt sure if this would be quick enough for me to use for work, but it is! you can can multiple sheets quickly, they show up on your screen to verify they are correct and you can save them in the format you want. I love this awesome scanner. I have been using RapidReceipt RR-^00W Wireless Duplex Touchscreen Scanner for a little less than a week. Withing this time, i was able to finally get rid of the backlog of papers that need to be scanned in. I really like the ease of control, touchscreen really helps that. I also like the wireless connectivity( I hate the clutter of wires all over the place). Being able to scan in the document to the cloud or to the computer, helps also. This scanner has replaced my All-in-One printer as my scanning source. I definitely recommend this to everyone who needs to scan stuff.
