Can only echo what others have said about the quality and sharpness of this lens. Focus and aperture ring are smooth. The lens is a joy to use. It is now my go to lens. 5 |

Off and on for a decade, I thought about making a Podcast. So when I saw this microphone at a good price, I decided to give it a shot. I record of an iPhone 6s Plus in GarageBand, then use iCloud to move the files to the Mac, where I use GarageBand to do final production. The Polsen microphone gets the job done. If I really do get into Podcasting, I will get a second microphone that is USB. For just playing around to learn about Podcasting, this is perfect. Would also be great for any audio voice recording - say interviews for print journalism or to record living history type memories. 5 |

the speaker is amazing, sound is really good, microphones sound really good as well, you can adjust the microphone echo and reverb which makes this unit way above the rest, if you are hesitating to buy it dont its great, just charge up the built in battery and your all set, that alone makes this speaker incredible, only one thing its a bit underpowered but if your looking for intense power then you pay for it, to me this is the perfect portable speaker Cheers !! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wished for something with these exact features for years. First off, as a stereo, it’s incredible! I really don’t know how they get so much bass out of a very compact package. Connection to Bluetooth was extremely fast and easy, very solid connection up to a reasonable distance. Simple controls and a convenient slot for a tablet or phone makes it easy to queue up tunes. The light show is fun too (but can be easily turned off) Now the real fun begins! On top with all the controls are 2 microphone jacks, yep it’s a P.A. with built in echo, EQ and gain (for wired mics) but the icing on that cake is the INCLUDED wireless microphone, and the quality is very solid! Now for what really made this the machine I’ve wanted forever. There are 2 mic jacks, but one is set up for Guitar! Yep, a portable guitar amp - Huzzah! Echo and EQ function at this input AND there is an independent gain for guitar. I tried it with an SG and got a nice clean sound, a little grit can be had if you bring the gain up slightly. With a little bump to the echo it sounds beautiful with my 6 and 12 string acoustics, a nice compact rig for a porch jam, especially with the included microphone. Clearly some musicians made notes for the JBL engineers! All in all, just a great product with an enormous feature set, great sound and a terrific little portable P.A. 5 |

I was using a basic cardioid microphone for the past two years and it was decent, but left some room echo in my recordings. Upgrading to this Rode shotgun mic, connected via USB to my PC, has been great. Zero echo and a fuller, richer sound. Terrific product. 5 |

Great sound quality for an intro level mic. I had researched a lot of mics before landing on the NTG2, and I have to admit that I had absolutely no buyers remorse after testing it out. Normally I pair it with my Tascam DR-60mkII, however, even with a little painters tape to increase the diameter, I've been recently attaching it directly to my Canon C100. This mic is great for dialog, interviews, and commonly use it for voice overs and podcast work when attached to a boom arm. My only disappointment (and it was really an unreal expectation on my part) was that it, while being an amazing directional microphone, did not cut out as much echo from rooms as I had thought it would. Yes, I'm guilty of recording in completely empty rooms with hardwood floors. However, even in conditions where that same room was relatively dressed, our equipment off to one side, and about eight people, there was still some ambient echo. More a testament to the power of this microphone (and my neglect to put up sound blankets). 5 |
