Eclipser Glasses Blocked

American Paper Optics Eclipser HD Solar Glasses did me right by protecting my eyes and allowing me to view the 2024 total solar eclipse safely. The glasses are very well made and come with a protective microfiber bag. Ordering them though B&H was a great experience as usual. Going to donate these to a group in South America who are collecting glasses for a solar eclipse there later this year!

Just got it today and it blocked out all of the noises from the plane perfectly.

CAT 7 blocked out all the interference in transporting audio during recording.

Good quality. There was a window behind this background on a photo shoot and it blocked it 100%.

I was using another name brand top plate - well made, but it blocked some controls. The Kondor system is very well planned to add function without limiting access. I typically use an external monitor and a shotgun mic, or a wireless mic...sometimes both. This system gives me better mounting points. The only negative is that the HDMI protector was too narrow to allow any of my cables to connect. I will just do without that u til the time is right to replace a cable.

I understand the first version of this plate was a bust. It blocked the battery door. Not so this version (B). Adds 1/2 depth to the grip, making it somewhat more comfortable, while adding the Arca-Swiss compatibility.

Overall, this is a great bracket that does its simple Job well. Access to ports in not blocked and the build quality is fine. I agree with another reviewer that the bottom screw is short-sighted with requiring the supplied hex tool to install/remove the bracket. A finger screw like other attachments is more versatile. Fortunately I have a spare finger screw which I modified to use with this bracket.

The handheld worked perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. It blocked wind noise wonderfully. We do services in all types of locations and don't always have power available. Having the flexibility of using the Rode mobile Go as a clip on microphone or with this handheld makes life easier and less complicated.
