I changed from the Nest thermostat that I had for years because I was starting having issues with the thermostat from the WiFi ,to the schedule and Google moving everything to the Google Home app so I gave The Ecobee a try and I am glad I did it has working perfectly during the cold weather that we had. I was able to install it easily in 20 minutes even before the house got cold.

Love the NEST thermostat! Easy to install. Just follow the directions. Easy to connect to wifi. App works great and love the ability to connect to the Amazon ECHO. Let's you control the temperature using Alexa!

Bought this for a wifi thermostat with no c wire. Had it up and running in no time. The screw in option is great to keep it in place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Ecobee thermostat for years (EMS Si WiFi generation) and the WiFi disconnects every so often so it was kind of an inconvenience. But now that I received the new and improved, I’m so happy with it, it’s looks so much prettier and I still get to use the app to control it!

Used this transformer to power up my Ecobee4 as my baseboard heater transformer/relay does not output enough power to keep the ecobee running and keeps rebooting.

Wifi gets great reviews for obvious reasons. Great security options and great speeds.

I've had this camera for about a year now and have used it for outdoor photography on climbing and skiing trips where I need something that fits in my pocket. I'm not super camera savvy and so I find that 99% of the time, auto-shooting mode combined with some light Adobe Lightroom post-processing produces exactly the kind of images I'm after. All the 1-star reviews have to do with it's lack of WiFi connectivity. This has nothing to do with the quality of the images produced so these reviews are stupid; I use a card reader and have had no issues. WiFi connectivity with my Mac does indeed not work, but with my iPhone it is seamless when the Canon app is downloaded. I prefer using the card reader anyway.

I did a LOT of online research for a GOOD wifi adapter. I do not like spending a lot on one, but I also hate to have a weak connection. I had bought a wifi card (PCI) for a computer which was dead, and made me a bit paranoid about getting a dud. Also, I had bought a couple of those cheap $10 wifi dongles, and one has worked great, but the other has been a pain and is hit/miss (plays well with one computer, not well with another, needs driver manually installed / reinstalled periodically, etc.). I just wanted something that worked, and worked well. I read a lot of online reviews of some of the more common and expensive usb-wifi adapters. Some looked great at first, high ratings, but as I read the reviews it looked like the negative reviews were real and the glowing 5-star reviews seemed kind of suspect (very general). This one seemed well-reviewed without any significant negative reviews. I liked the fact it was USB 3.0 and could use 5Ghz wifi (both faster than USB 2.0 and 2.4Ghz, I think). I don't know the tech stuff except it performs very well, get noticeably faster speeds than I do with my one good dongle (which uses USB 2.0 and 2.5Ghz). I bought a second one for another computer I built.
