Edit Payroll Sent In Quickbooks Online

This keyboard looks as I expected it would after only seeing it online. It is to use with a large monitor that is connected to my laptop, so now I can edit photos in Lightroom while viewing them on the large screen. The whole system is working well now.

Since I process payroll and tax returns the extra tray is perfect and just what I expected. It holds plenty of paper, I can print on 2 sides for some documents and Legal size for others using multiple trays.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I bought the StarSense AutoAlign. Sent it back, and bought this. Much easier, I should have bought this first.

Sent lens promptly and it performed very well for our vision system.
