Eero Wireless Router Review

Great router, very customizable. Not quite a plug-and-play solution (as compared to say the eero system) but offers much more power and customization options.

This router is impressive for its price. I replaced my eero pro with this and I'm very happy. There are so many features you can set and the built in VPN is awesome. This compliments my Synology NAS very well. I can't wait until the new wifi 6 router comes out in 2022. I may very well upgrade or just add a mesh unit to this system.

I bought the APC Back-UPS BN450M for my Cable Modem, main Eero router, Ooma, and 8-port switch. It is small and light but has more than enough outlets for this use. It will mostly help with short brownouts, but has enough power to keep these items running for quite a long time. I am very happy with this purchase

I have purchased this router to add to my existing eero 6 setup (router + extender). Adding it to the network was quick and painless. I purchased a router instead of another extender because I needed the ethernet port for accessories and everything worked well plugged in. The eero app is also much nicer than the Linksys one I used in my previous wifi system.

This modem has been great with our new upgraded wifi service and eero 6 router. We’re so pleased with this purchase and glad we splurged for a higher level service and products. Setup was easy to (except when it came to the cable provider - that was the part that took the longest). Would definitely recommend this setup to anyone in the market for upgraded internet!

We bought this device on the strength of the Consumer Reports review, along with numerous others that consistently ranked this router very highly. It has been running for a couple of weeks now without any issues and have definitely noticed improved range and speed on the wireless signal as compared to our previous router (in some cases we are seeing equivalency in wireless speed with wired devices). In addition, the SRM management system and accompanying app are first class and allow you to easily see what is going on with your network. Finally, the SmartConnect functionality that steers the devices to 2.4 or 5GHz networks has made for a much simpler setup by only requiring a single SSID and allowing the router to do the work of deciding which band is best. Highly recommended!

Excellent router that covers my whole home and all my wireless products.

Great router for the budget minded. No wireless.

I bought this router and paired it to my 2 ubiquiti wireless ap's. Router works great! Highly recommend. Read all the great reviews about it. They aren't lying.
