Playing this finger drum pad is addictive! It has great samples of acoustic and electronic drum kits, velocity and aftertouch sensitivity and midi over usb. Its got a built in rechargeable battery, a pretty good speaker for couch jamming, and the headphone out doubles as a line out for production work. They make a higher priced option that has a few more kits in it and an LED screen, which might be helpful if you plan to play it live. For me it’s a studio and couch instrument, the voice isn’t annoying (kinda charming tbh) and the lack of screen is a nice break for my eyes. 5 |
