This cooling fan is really up to its calling. I'm in a tropical country running my 2010 Macbook Pro with a second-party battery. This machine is known to overheat easily, and I've already had one battery blow up (literally--like a balloon) in the past. The heat I was accustomed to feeling radiating off the computer is now just a mild warmth. What a huge difference! For such a small price, the Thermaltake Massive pad is making a big difference in the environment that my Macbook is forced to operate under. For those not familiar, the overheated machine slows down hugely, so I'm even getting a performance boost. Great purchase! 5 |
