I use this as an offline backup device (backup and then place in a safe). without cooling I'm not sure I'd use this as a working disk.

Great to protect your electrical device from damaging surges and electrical spikes. Also has a protection warranty for device connected in the event the protector does not protect your electrical device from electrical surges or spikes.

One doesn't know how many electrical surges such a device actually intercepts, but I'm still using an APC Back-UPS LS 500 on my computer that was purchased ten years ago, and have had no problems. The P8VT3 offers connectivity for coaxial cable, which is desirable for me. I have two of these in use: one for a TV, soundbar and audio equipment, and the other for a TV and soundbar. It's cheap insurance against costly damage due to an electrical surge.

As a Kodak film technician once said to me over the phone, this film will process in Campbell's soup. While I wouldn't try that I do think the statement speaks to the durability of this much storied film stock. It's been in my cameras since I was 16... 42 years ago... (holy crap)

Rounding out the alphabet soup of USB plugs comes this one. Good length and practical if you have a USB-C port to spare. Personally, I'd pass if I were you and get a decent powered hub like this one: Xcellon 7-Port Powered USB 3.0 Slim Aluminum Hub with 2 Dual Data/Charging Ports

As a final soup, this helps keep negatives flat and dust free. Aids in faster dry times

I have been wanting to shoot some casual film on trips as well as experiment with film soup. This is perfect to stick in my jacket pocket and take out to shoot quick photos of my friends and family. I can't wait to get my first few rolls developed!

I soup this film with ID11. I rate it at either 80 or 100iso, but I always slightly slow the speed a third or 2/3rds a stop, to give it a tiny smack of overexposure. I tray develop and use perma-wash, to clean the final neg. Air dry and it is off to the contact printing races! My advice to beginners/intermediates on all film formats, stay within the family (ie use the same brand with film/film developers/paper/paper developers.) Establish good fundamentals, tone and contrast control. Then branch out with variants. Good Luck!!
