Electrical Storm Cable Internet Lightning

Just purchased this little guy and has been a life saver. We recently lost our cable tv/internet from a storm and this little guy pulled through with it's wireless ability to connect to my MI-FI device. I also use it from my trunk to print out UPS labels. FAST printing , great color quality.

Had an old camera burn out from an electrical storm and this is what they had to replace it with and it works fine.

bought this to replace a similar belkin unit which took one for the team in the last electrical storm-- fried the telephone line portion of the suppressor, but saved the equipment attached to it. Hope not to find out again.

The isobar 6 ULTRA truly is an indispensable piece of equipment. I haven't hung mine on the walls of my house yet however that is just one of the features I noticed when I flipped it over as it has mounting holes which is useful in high traffic environments or places where less clutter is wanted. I recommend keeping it as close to the ground as possible since it will help in dispersing electrical energy better whenever it absorbs a lightning strike for example, and this is all too common here in Florida so for all you people in lightning prone areas, this one's a keeper. Why? due to it's all metal construction and capability of showing you if your connection is grounded properly or not, which is critical in order to ensure the unit functions as intended, beyond that it helps you to know if you are having electrical problems wherever this unit connects to. Besides that, the cord is very thick and this lends itself to being able to handle high capacity applications better, like a 1000 watt-based computer desktop or high end Plasma TV, both of which I have attached at the same time to this! Today's high-energy consumption devices will benefit from this unit's features and capabilities, making it an ideal fit for business or home use, and I can attest to the money and headaches this unit saves me thanks to the ways in which Tripp-Lite NAILED it on the construction of this indispensable ISOBAR6 ULTRA!

We had a lightning storm that took out a number of electronic devices (all connected to surge protectors) but the Canon Pro 1 powered up fine. When I went to print all (12) ink tanks were blinking empty. I've never seen all tanks empty at the same time so I figured the printer was brain dead. Called Canon support (still within the warranty period) and they suggested replacing all the tanks. I wasn't sure I wanted to spend $360 for the experiment but Canon said if that didn't solve the problem they would ship me a new printer for free and pay shipping both ways. Couldn't lose so I got on-line to B&H and within 48 hours I had my ink and the printer came back to life. Kudos to Canon and Kudos to B&H. Bought the printer from B&H last December.

It works wonderful I'm waiting for a lightning storm see how that turns out everything works as advertised it's an awesome set up I think it's a must for any camera bag. It works as advertised. Bought it primarily to take images of lightning. used it for the first time during a storm a week after I received it and it was able to capture lightning perfectly. The sound and laser features work great as well, though I have not used them as extensively. Just testing. The color scheme and box design needs work, but the menu system is intuitive and the unit works like a charm.

First time I tried the MIOPS trigger, I was successful capturing a lot of lightning strikes. Easy to setup and phone app makes it very easy to use. I used it during a very active storm and erred on setting it to be over sensitive, so I had a lot of false triggers. Looking forward to the next storm!

Our 15 year old tv quit during a lightning storm, so we needed a new one quickly. After searching reviews of various tvs, we chose this LG. It’s our first smart tv. We are very impressed with all the features. And, the price was great!

I have four of these now. I use them for webcams, Zoom lightning, plus great for storm chasing and shooting extended exposure scenic photos. I'm all about these! You won't be dissatisfied.
