Incredible picture even in a bright room as you can see from the photos. At night though, it's hard to believe this image comes from a projector. The colors are absolutely incredible with the 3 laser system versus single laser and color wheels. Very quiet, relatively easy to set up even on a fixed screen, and, it's true, for a 120 screen, the projector is around 7.5 inches from the screen. I'm also using an Elite Aeon CineGray 3D screen which is not really suggested for an UST projector. I'm considering the Elite Aeon Starbright CLR, but, not sure how the picture can get any better. Finally, I do use a Sonos Playbar instead of the internal speaker. For something this high-end, I'm not sure why they even included speakers at all since 90% of people who purchase the LG UST HU85LA will have a high-end speaker system or audio system to connect to anyway. I'm sure it's due to the competition who came out beforehand. Buy it! Enjoy it! 5 |

I am very pleased with the Elite Screen Projector Screen. It did take some time to get to me as the original estimated shipping date got delayed for a month. The wait was worth it! The screen was easy to set up and the materials are all quality. I am hoping that with proper care it will give me a few years of enjoyment and use. I have set it up on my backyard pool deck with a recent 1080p projector and I am pleased with performance of everything. My guests were impressed with our entertainment oasis. Ive been using Expert Shield screen protectors for several cameras, and have been thoroughly pleased with each. So I immediately ordered one when I bought an X-E3. Theyre generally very easy to apply/install, protect well, and last a long time. For some reason, my X-E3 protector didnt adhere at one end of the LCD screen. I contacted Expert Shield, and they immediately sent a replacement which adhered properly. They also sent extra instructions and followed up to ensure that I was satisfied. I certainly was, and learned that their customer service is as solid as their product. I strongly recommend the Expert Shield clear protectors based on my experience over several cameras, and especially considering this customer service experience. 5 |
