Do you want to hear a good story? Read this.Just a few weeks after I posted my previous comment (read above) on this Vello cable, I received an email from B&H, asking if I would allow them to hand my contact information to Vello, because people there had read my comment and wanted to discuss the matter with me. I agreed.Two days later, I received a first email from The Gradus Group, owner of the Vello brand, which started a very polite exchange, and in which it was clear they showed me intention of settling things with me.A month after their initial contact, I had a new cable in hand, that fully works now. Wow! I really mean WOW! Apart from my post on B&H web site, I never made any attempt to contact Vello, because I thought that a $ cable did not worth the effort of trying. And yet, Vello took the lead and contacted me and made all the effort to make one of their customer satisfied. For a $ cable. WOW! If this is not an A1 customer service, then I wonder what customer service could be.So if you believe that posting a comment on B&H website does not worth the effort, that companies do not read these comments, well, maybe this story will change your mind.Hats off to Vello! 5 |

I originally tried to buy a 1-year subscription from Amazon, but instead of just sending me a redeem code via email like B&H does, they now have an account-linking system that seems to only work if you aren't an existing Adobe customer. I had to get a refund through customer support. Then I bought two codes here, they were delivered within a few minutes and worked perfectly. Thanks B&H! 5 |

First my thanks to B&H for great customer service. I received an email that the lens was back in stock, ordered it 5 minutes later and it was on my doorstep the next morning. As for the lens itself, it is a phenomenal achievement by Nikon. I know it's kind of the tweener lens between the Nikon 400mm f2.8 and the 600mm FL f4, but I love the size and weight. It is easier to manage than either the 400 or 600mm. I used this lens and a pro football game on a D4S with an RRS monopod. The results were spectacular. Standing at the end zone and shooting to the opposite 20 yard line, I was still extracting fine detail in the quarterback's eyes. Very impressed with the sharpness, fast AF and overall IQ. VR also works as expected. This lens is soon to be on the list of Iconic Nikon glass. 5 |

Though I am very satisfied with my purchase, this review will be based on the GVM Photographic's customer after sale service. About two weeks after receiving my light kit, I had a concern. Subsequently, an email was sent to the company. Upon checking my email about five days later, it was discovered GVM responded a few days earlier. The CSR who was very helpful, efficient and friendly rectified what I perceived to be a problem after a few emails. Great company ,they stand behind their products and have a great customer service department . I received this flashlight as a gift. I sent them a email and I had a reply the next day. All i had to do is take a couple pictures and after they reviewed my claim I received another email stating that I would be getting a new replacement light. About a week later it arrived and even included new batteries. No hassle No cost to replace That kind of service means alot to me. I recommend getting yourself a Polysteel 600.
