Empire State Mind Recorded Studio Drums

Works very well at reducing atmospheric haze. I used it on the 102nd floor of The Empire State Building which with the naked eye the city below was pretty obscured by cloud cover. With the filter on I was able to see at least 50-60% better. Saved the day or night as it was so I didn't feel that badly spending an extra $45(3 people) for the higher view. Outdoor scenes benefit the most. Very noticeable and appreciated. 5 |

I bought this lens after carefull consideration and I must say it's worth every dollar! I used it the first time on the Empire state building to take pictures of Manhattan at dusk and everyone of them, even without a tripod, resulted crisp and clear. The stabilization on this lens works very well in case of low light conditions and the minimum apertures values are low enough if you consider we are talking about a tele kind of lens. Very recomanded lens but it's also quite heavy even if it's made of plastic; the material seems durable and strong and when you hold it you don't have the feeling that you have to be carefull or it's going to break. 5 |

I use these for practicing drums and guitar by mixing in recorded music. The flat eq is great for molding the sound as you wish. Also there is clear definition of all instruments in the recording. These have got to be the best thing going for under $ and even match the sound of $ plus phones, just don't have the features such as Bluetooth and noise cancelling. 5 |

I hate PCM mics on kick drums, but the Shure Beta 91A is changing my mind! 5 |

So far, so good. Using it in the Zoom H6essential field recorder. If you use this recorded, keep in mind the 32-bit files are LARGE and you need a card of this size. This card is on the Zoom recommended list. 5 |

I purchased one of these for my recording studio and although I haven't recorded with it yet I tested it and it works great. 5 |

I use this in my home studio for recording. Has a lot of bells and whistles if you need them. Mostly, I just use it to manually tap out the drums and percussion while recording but it is certainly capable of much, much more. I love the variety of sampled drum kits and the recorded sound is indeed authentic. I doubt most people would guess it's not performed by a real drummer. 5 |

The 414 has earned its place as a classic microphone. I had been using Rodes as overhead mics for drums in my studio, but I had never been satisfied, they just couldn't bring out the details and the delicate nature of the cymbals. The 414s do that, while retaining oomph in the toms. 5 |

I needed a short mic snake to go from my drums to my audio interface in my studio. This was the perfect solution. Everyplace else wanted to sell me a huge snake with more inputs than I needed claiming it was the smallest one I'd ever be able to find. Wrong! Great product. I would recommend it to anyone in the same position. 5 |

I run a pro studio, and these are great for isolating tracks for the musicians, of which I am one as well. Used mostly on drums, vocals, and acoustic instruments to maintain their sonic integrity when tracking. They are close enough to the Beyerdynamic DT880 Pros I use most of the time to get the job done without any fuss, and at a decent price point. 5 |
