Magic Mouse on Windows-7 (Toshiba Satellite Laptop) works great! After searching the web and finding a driver that would work (AppleWirelessMouse645 driver application). I was able to quickly and seemlessly get the Apple magic mouse work on my wifes laptop running Windows-7 64bit. The Bluetooth 2.1 USB Micro Adapter by Iogear, goes great with this mouse. I wanted to enable voice commands with Windows 10 on my PC. I needed a mic, but most that I found initially were intended for podcasters or recording live music into a PC or laptop. In other words, too large and expensive for my needs. Yet, I wanted a mic of good enough quality that Cortana would accurately hear voice commands - even at a little distance. The Meteorite Mic has worked great so far, and it has a really small footprint on my desk. I use it to launch programs, search my local PC or the web. I imagine I'll find more ways to benefit from voice input over time. The brief instructions that came with it were sufficient to enable the mic in the Windows 10 settings. 5 |

I already had the VLC media player ap installed on my windows 10 laptop, so when I plugged this into my USB port straight from the box, it was recognized and functioned immediately. If your computer doesn't have a driver, Transcend provides one free, but you must download one in order to use external drives--perhaps that's why some users claim their player wouldn't work? 5 |
