Enhanced Payroll Quickbooks Online Alabama

Since I process payroll and tax returns the extra tray is perfect and just what I expected. It holds plenty of paper, I can print on 2 sides for some documents and Legal size for others using multiple trays.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I would really like to thank B&H for even having this important ink cartridge. We are located in Alabama and no one seems to carry these for our printer anymore. Our employees have to print out important drawings, so we have to have this type of ink. B&H was very friendly , and their shipping delivery time was awesome!! I used this on a recent trip while taking photos on some hiking trails and waterfalls in North Alabama. The added security is nice. Just remember to always attach it to your camera. I almost let my camera dangle but I remembered I didn't attach it yet. Close call!

A good product, working to cut humidity here in Alabama. I should have bought this years ago.  Shipping is the problem - the first unit was damaged. Second unit was OK. This appears to be a common problem. B&H did a great job of handling the problem, but it still was a very frustrating experience. STRONGLY RECOMMEND you uncrate your unit when the delivered - only takes 5 minutes - and inspect the unit for obvious damage. If damaged, refuse devivery. This is save you a lot of time and frustration.
