Entering Year To Date Payroll In Quickbooks Online

Entering my second year as a user. Could not ask for a better scanner! Rough and rugged however extremely user friendly. Enjoys software updates and product information. It is true, service after the sell.

Bought one over a year ago and I loved it as soon as I used it. The turbo mode is great for entering blacked out building with confidence that nothing will hide in the shadows. Feels sturdy and light. Had a problem with the original but Coast had me a replacement within a week of contact.

Since I process payroll and tax returns the extra tray is perfect and just what I expected. It holds plenty of paper, I can print on 2 sides for some documents and Legal size for others using multiple trays.

B&H had the model and specs I was looking for (esp since apple had a shipping date 4 weeks in the future for the same thing). Helpful online chat system. Received in a timely manner. Works great!

Has not clogged or loaded up - yet anyway - after 3 months use. Watch the expiration date when you buy. Buy yourself at a store near you. Online - the dates can be very close and give you little time to use it all. Then again tanks tend to be small when you print many 11X14,,,

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I bought these almost a year ago and they have been one of my best hunting gear purchases to date. I can pick apart so much more ground with these than my last set of nockers. These are crystal clear, capture lots of light, and are pretty light for a 12x50. Can’t beat the value on these either, top notch optics at a great price!
