Entry Level Professional Dslr Camera

Great entry level DSLR. Does everything well

This product is a great entry level product that can be used for professional quality.

I was looking for an entry level DSLR camera in order to learn photography. For the entry level price, this camera takes great pictures in automatic mode, and has many advanced features, including video. I look forward to experimenting with all the camera can do and learning the art of photography. I especially like the small size of the camera for travel, and the fact that it uses AA batteries that can be found almost anywhere.

I am moving from DSLR to mirrorless, and this is my entry level camera for the switch. It is a great camera, no comparison to my very old DSLR. Great photos, color, focus, and everything is intuitive and easy to use.

I wanted an entry level DSLR to take photos of my kids. This camera is perfectly suited for the task. It's easy to learn and makes the subject really pop. I can now take studio quality portraits of my kids. The battery life is also excellent.

This camera has been a nice transition from my Nikon entry level DSLR. It takes great photos, provides enough manual control, and is small enough to easily carry around. The menu functions are good once you get the hang of them, but I'm not sure I'll ever get used to the digital viewfinder. Although, that shouldn't really be a criticism. The autofocus and manual focus controls are good and quick. Overall this is a great camera with excellent photo quality due to the large sensor.

For a entry level dslr you can't go wrong with this camera. It produces some amazing pictures, remember a good photographer can use any camera and get great results. The dual pixel autofocus is amazing for shooting video which the SL2 does amazingly well. If your looking to upgrade from a old camera and want to learn the ropes before going FF this is the camera for you. The lens selection is outstanding, Canon has the best lenses and selection IMO. Enjoy getting out there and creating some amazing photographs.

I bought this camera as my first Dslr. It's fairly easy to use and takes great pictures. For an entry level dslr it does the job nicely. Although some reviewers say this camera burns thru batteries quickly (which is somewhat true) this is a small price to pay for such a great camera in it's price range.

Pentax K-x with 18-55 and 55-300 lenses is best entry level DSLR anywhere. In Pentax K-x, you will get easy to use camera with awesome image quality and remarkable low-light performance.

Pros: lightweight, programming similar to all the other entry/mid-level canon dslr camera photo and video capabilities. Cons: haven't found any yet.
