Environmental Impact Of Watch Batteries

Protects the camera from environmental and impact damage. Well thought out and well made. Size of case in relation to mounting ears does affect positioning in some tight applications. Changing batteries is a bit inconvenient. Would be nice if there was a USB through hole "with a plug" for using with external batteries. Would be nice if replacement lens cover glass was made available for purchase.

I purchased this with my new telescope. I worked out the need for batteries which I try to avoid for environmental reasons. So, any time i have a power source around, I use it.

While extenders do degrade images some, this one has very little impact. One watch out is that most cameras will only auto focus with faster lenses.

This is a awesome lens for environmental shots and portraits in low light.

I have been using Eneloop batteries for years now and I love them. Eneloop batteries in general have made an immeasurable impact on my workflow. I can shoot a three hour 1200 exposure event on just the four of the AA size Eneloops in my Canon flash. I never worry about my batteries failing on me and that is considerably different than the bad old days. Their claim to fame is that they hold a charge for a long time and this is true to an extent and they come charged in the package when you get them so in a pinch you can use them right away. I use them not only in my camera gear but around the house in my remote controls and telephones. Buy them and use them and you will not be sorry.

Then all you need is this filter kit to provide a change of temperature and environmental lighting!

This works well and does the job in areas where environmental monitoring isn't' required.
