Epson 3850 Cannot Connect To Computer Windows 11

Great computer...much faster than my old one was. Had to upgrade for Windows 11.

The printer is not supported by my (1 month old) HP Windows 11 computer

Great for backing up files. It worked on a Windows 11 and Windows 10 computer.

Setup was fairly easy; although, the manual instructions did not match the actual steps on my Windows 11 computer.

This is the fastest, coolest (temperature), and versatile computer I have owned. I have owned various MacBook Pro's (Intel era), iMacs and MacPros (cheese grate), so I know a little about OSX computers. I use Parallels sometimes to run Windows 11 Pro, and this computer does not disappoint. I use CT scans for work, and can seamlessly use the same software at work (Intel PCs with Nvidia RTX cards) vs. my ARM version Windows 11 Pro in virtual machine simulation. Manipulation of these 3D renders is comparable in speed (even though the software explicitly states that it was not optimized to use ARM chips). Haven't found anything that really slows it down. The computer is mostly cool all the time. The fans barely quick up, if at all, so it is really quiet.  But most importantly, I use this computer day in and day out, and most of the time I can use it all day for three to four days before it is down to the 20-30% range where I start feeling anxious and then I plug it in. Charge up is super quick as well -- I think less than an hour to fully charge to 100% from a really low state of charge. So this is the first computer that I feel comfortable calling portable since I don't have to worry so much about finding a plug somewhere. For sure, a well built solid machine. The only cons I have to report is the weight -- I put a clam shell clear protector (which was not that heavy), but I feel that this laptop could be used as a weapon to defend myself if I had to (like the really old IBM mechanical keyboards if you are from my generation). Also, I think there is a small defect on the edge of my screen in the super thin black surround frame which is a purely cosmetic annoyance. I didn't bother to claim warranty on this since I figure it does not really affect the computer's functions. Overall, I would buy it again, although I probably would wait for the M4 that is coming out soon. Kudos to Apple again for creating such a nice piece of hardware.

This is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-3850 All-in-one printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review and after trying it out and testing the features i have to say it is such a great product to have. I had no issues with setup or printing or scanning. It is helping myself and my kids with their work for school this product could not have came at a better time. I would definitely recommend this

I received the Epson - EcoTank ET-3850 Wireless Color All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer with Scanner, Copier, ADF and Ethernet in exchange for my honest review. I am very happy with this printer. It was very easy to set up . The ink bottles make a clean, mess free way of filling the ink. I was able to print clear color photos as well as other documents. The scanner function works very well. I was also able to make copies with ease. Setting it up to my device and to my wife was seamless. I have never had an easier set up time with any other printer I’ve ever used. The design is sleek and modern and works very well.

Out of the box the ET-3850 was very plug and play. Set up was completed in under 30 minutes using the link provided in the instruction manual to download the installation software to my windows laptop. Epson provided another convenient option setup option using a smartphone to scan a QR code and download the app. Epson really put a lot of thought into the design of this model including the individually keyed ink bottles that each have a unique shape to ensure that the different ink colors will only fit into its proper color bay and provides a spill proof way of transferring ink from the bottles to the printer. Even better, I was able to empty nearly the entire contents of the ink bottles into the ink bay, meaning a lot less refilling. Its also really convenient to have a visual on the amount of ink remaining as opposed to the cartridges that always left you guessing. The 2.4” led is large enough to clearly read the text and the navigation buttons to the right of the screen made it very easy to scroll through the different menus to operate the machine. The print speed was fast and the print quality was very vivid and crisp. The sound level of the printing was comparable to other inkjet printers on the market. I’m very pleased with the printer thus far and would strongly recommend it to others in the market for a new inkjet given the features it offers. I absolutely love my Epson ET-3850, gorgeous color prints for all of the digital graphics I create. I will never go back to a cartridge ever again, nor will I ever buy another brand again! Again, I love my ET 3850!
