Without a doubt the personal printer has been a tremendous electronic achievement since its inception many years ago. In my early days as a classroom teacher, if I needed to make many copies of handouts for my students, I had to rely on a mimeograph machine after typing up a master on a sheet with blue ink that ended up all over my fingers. Today, the price of laser copiers has dropped significantly, and the quality of the printed results is extraordinary. Over time, dedicated photo printers also followed the same path as the personal printer. You really don't have to go to the drug store to have have your photos printed anymore. I love the idea that the Epson PictureMate PM-400 Personal Photo Lab does one thing: it prints some incredibly great quality photos on either 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 size paper. Use top quality paper and if your photo is also pretty good, you can a get a very nice printed copy. I print directly from my Lap Top after I've done some enhancing and cleanuup in PhotoShop. The PictureMate is easy to use, small in size and always sits on my desk along side my lap top. Check out the reviews on the B&H website. This is what I did and how I decided on the Epson. After reading reviews on various photo printers I decided on this Epson PictureMate PM-400.  Boy did I make the right choice!  This photo printer is FANTASTIC!  My prints have come out absolutely gorgeous. So easy to set up and use within a few minutes after opening the box.  Best bang for the buck.  You wont be disappointed with this printer.

I have used the Epson Picturemate Charm photo printer that I ordered from B&H several times and ran out of the ink cartridge it came with so I ordered the T5846 print pack. It has 150 pictures in it. The photo printer makes great 4x6 photos which is all I need. It is simple to use and the photos produced are excellent in color. You can print photos from your camera, SD cards or computer. It is a little bigger than I expected, but it has a handle on it for easy carrying. I don't really have anything bad to say about the Picturemate Charm. You can also get Epson matte finish paper if you refer that to glossy. I am so glad I found B&H!

I have used previous versions of the Epson PictureMate. Print quality has always been good, but now it is superior! I especially like the ability to make both 4x6 and 5x7 prints. The speed is also impressive. Much faster than the older versions. I can print roughly 90 4X6 prints with one cartridge. That comes to about $.30 a print for a professional quality print. For the money, you cannot beat this printer! Just wish I could give this printer more than 5 stars

I use these photo sheets with my Epson Picturemate photo printer. What great quality! This is an excellent bargain, and so easy to use! It includes 150 photo sheets and a toner cartridge that simply plugs into the printer. Everybody is very impressed with the high picture quality of the photos.

You may want to consider a Bluetooth adapter for your headphones rather than this. They are harder to loose and more convenient.

This is my second PictureMate printer. The first one I bought when they first came out and it lasted for years and years. It's a wonderful product.
