Epson Projector Tech Support Phone Number

I have used this line of projector from Epson for travel for my work for a number of years and it is the best travel projector with the best quality period. Just bought this one to take care of our needs.

I'm not much for buying extended warranties except for high price equipment that can be prohibitively expensive to repair once they're out of warranty. My Mac computers fall into that category but, just as important, after 90 days tech support by phone stops unless you have Applecare. Apple's phone tech support has been excellent and I wouldn't want to be without them when needed. I've also had my Macbook fixed....while I waited....at my local Apple store with the cost being covered by Applecare. That's when you realize how essential this repair insurance is.

Registered purchase on-line; had immediate phone access to tech support for a nagging e-mail issue. Problem solved! What a comfort to know that this kind of service is available when needed.

Applecare for me has always been a no-brainer. Apple's standard coverage is 90 days of phone tech support and 1 year parts and labor. After that, calling Applecare is $50 per call and out-of-pocket repairs. They don't of course cover the cost to repair a submerged product or one that has been dropped and sustained major damag. We're talking about a failed drive, bad motherboard, etc. Calling Applecare is great because you don't have to lug your product into one of their retail stores (granted ipods and laptops aren't heavy). A bad logic board, lcd display, etc will easily cost more than the price of Applecare and that's for only one incident. Applecare covers 2 full years. It's not perfect, but it's definitely worth getting. My opinion of course. Remember that it can be added to a qualifying product within the first year of coverage, though your phone tech support expires after the first 90 days.

The SDI hookup wasn't obvious but Aja phone tech support was helpful. Very stable and affordable system for serious professional video editing

Had trouble with Xfinity not being able to activate it after 2 hr on phone with their “advanced tech support”. Netgear tech support took two days to figure it out. Finally they said ISP has to do MAC provisioning and then my LAN finally worked. Painful but now it works great

I had to use the power extender and I got some wiring wrong. One phone call to Tech Support and problem solved.

I have had to use AppleCare a number of times with initial glitches in synching all info from old devices. Phone support has been great, problems resolved without a lot of wait time.

I have several Epson products and this is a winner! The set up was so easy and fast.... I am very impressed with how bright the projection is even in full daylight in my studio! Also, the Auto Keystone Correction was great!....Thats a huge plus for me. When I tilt the Projector up, it adjusts the image for the angle....Love that! Another HUGE bonus is the speaker!.....I was shocked at how good it sounds on its own... and that is VERY rare for a small projector. Impressive! The resolution on this projector is quite amazing!.... I projected an image equivalent to about 90 inches wide and it was super clear, and very sharp! I do wish that it had a zoom feature, but thats not a deal breaker at all. The fact that this powerful projector easily fits into a backpack or small luggage is fantastic! I travel alot and will take it on many trips. I do wish that it had more HDMI Ports.... but I can use an external hub. Big plus that I love is the Android feature! I use Android Phones and this will come in handy in so many ways! Overall, this Epson is a WINNER to me....its light weight, sharp, great design and very affordable!...
