Epson Thermal Printer Software

I have a dedicated photo printer that doesn't have an ADF and is really not meant for general use so I wanted a less expensive one for those tasks. I tried two other brands and returned them both because they jammed almost immediately and the software was not very good. On the epson, I have scanned 48 pages in one go, and printed up to 48 pages at one time. It handled both tasks beautifully. Unlike the other two, the epson is a solid build. No flimsy plastic and the software is much better than the other two. Highly recommend.

Also have an Epson ink tank printer. Both excellent. Software is not amazing - on par with other companies.

This is a review for the Epson Expression Photo XP-8700 Wireless All-in-one Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I opened my box and had it out and ready to set up within minutes, It did not take long after to start the software upload, and to get the printer working I would say the whole process took less than 30 minutes with all of the updates and finding things for the software. This little printer is small but powerful. The colors are bright and the printer receives the print really fast. I have been wanting something I could move around easily and this fits the bill. It is well worth the price they are asking you will not be disappointed in this powerful little printer.

I appreciate the care put into thermal management through the software and thermal label because nothing slows down a PC than heat. I wish I could have tested on my PS5 but the SSD expansion port is disabled but will try it once it allows it.
