This is a review for the Epson RapidReceipt RR-400W Wireless scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. The Epson RR-400W Receipt Scanner is a game-changer for anyone looking to streamline their receipt management process. As someone who has a house full of shopaholics its been a struggle keeping track of paper receipts, so I was eager to put this scanner to the test. Unboxing and setup were relatively quick and easy. It did take 20-30 minutes to get up and running and software downloads, registration and updates took some time before the scanner was ready to go. The scanner’s performance is where it truly shines. With its impressive scanning speed and accuracy, it effortlessly handles a variety of receipt sizes and types. The ability to scan both single and double-sided documents in one pass is a time-saving feature that sets it apart from competitors. The RR-400W also offers WiFi and USB connectivity allowing optimal placement of the scanner for those who have two home offices in their house. After scanning multiple documents, including receipts, biz cards and large documents I only had one misfeed which was quickly resolved. In conclusion, the Epson RR-400W Receipt Scanner surpasses expectations with its exceptional performance, versatile connectivity options, and user-friendly design. Whether you’re a small business owner, a busy professional, or simply looking to declutter your workspace, this scanner is sure to impress. With its efficient operation and reliable results, it’s an indispensable asset for anyone looking to take control of their receipt management process. Highly recommended. 5 |

1) This cartridge arrived fresh, dated 17 months after receipt. Thank you B&H. 2) I wouldn't use anything but Epson ink in my Epson 3880. After the printing is done, all that remains is ink on paper. This ink is the manufacturer's original, the one all the hardware reviews were about, the one tested for longevity by an independent laboratory, and the only one I have confidence will still look good when I don't. 5 |

This is a review for the Epson RapidReceipt RR-400W Wireless scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.” Overall, the Epson rapid receipt scanner is a powerful and versatile desktop scanner that offers a range of features designed to streamline document management. Its high-speed scanning capabilities and digital filing system make it an ideal choice for businesses and individuals looking to digitize their paperwork. The setup out of the box was super simple. I use the Wi-Fi setup and it worked seamlessly. It sends any document or receipt that you scan straight to your phone. Say goodbye to all of those scraps of papers and business cards you can never find. The scanner is also a perfect size and not too heavy. 5 |

This review is of the Epson WorkForce ES-300WR Accounting Edition document scanner. There are several things about this printer that I think make it stand out. First, the footprint of this scanner is great - for a small office or home use, it can sit on the desk, conveniently located but not be in the way. Secondly, I love the "no wires" option. While most of the time I use it while it's plugged in, if I'm working in another room and need to bring it with me I just pull the cord out of the back and pick it up. The fact that it connects to my wireless so that I don't have yet another cord coming out of my laptop or dock is really nice. Lastly, the "accounting edition" software works amazingly well. It scans the receipt and pre-populates fields regarding that receipt allowing me to categorize and sort things how I want. That's not to say it doesn't have issues - since it recognizes text, I don't know why it can't auto rotate the scan if a receipt is put it upside down, instead it still tries to pre-populate the accounting fields and it does a very poor job in that case. It is well made and doesn't seem flimsy. I have a little trouble opening it up with the latch they provide. I occasionally have issues with receipts not feeding thru correctly and crinkling inside the machine. It happened a couple of times at the very beginning of my testing out the device and was very frustrating since the receipts it did it on seemed clean, flat and not expected to get stuck. Since then it has worked pretty well although it still jams occasionally. At this point I've scanned in about 40 receipts as well as many full-size documents. Overall, I recommend this product as a nice daily use receipt scanner. Epson XP-7100 is an all-in-one inkjet printer with print, scan and copy functions and an automatic document feeder (no fax which I didn't need). I initially considered Epson's Eco Tank models, but the high up-front initial cost wasn't justified for my purpose. This printer is definitely compact, and, in my opinion, best suited for in-home use due to the limited capacities of the document trays—which there are many variations including plain paper, cards, CDs and photos. The 4.3-inch display with a touchscreen interface is intuitive and adjustable for easy viewing. Print quality, text speed, graphics quality, and photo quality are very good, and the overall features at this price point are unmatchable. Its connectivity is by USB, Wi-Fi or Ethernet. I use a Windows 10 PC with USB without incident. The ink cartridges are small and were shipped with all five standard capacity [including a larger black (not XL) and a photo black]. The setup was simple and straight forward. Apparently, only Epson-brand cartridges are usable, but the cost of each is relatively low. I was more than grateful that B&H continued on-line orders. The printer was shipped and delivered quickly—in perfect condition. 5 |

This printer is very easy to use. Just download the Epson app and follow the instructions, and yes you will need a USB cord to use the computer. But once again it's easy once you download the Epson software for scanning and printing. 5 |

This is a review for the Epson Expression Home XP-5200 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. This printer is exactly what I needed. It’s not bulky or too heavy it’s perfect size for pretty much any home or office. Upon opening the box you can see how well Epson has packed the printer. Now if you will be using this with a usb cord you must purchase one but most things are wireless now so really usb cable is not needed. As far as setup goes follow the directions precisely to make sure to avoid any issues. Once setup is complete everything is extremely easy to use. The print quality is excellent I was very impressed by how quickly and nicely the prints came out. Scanner works great as well very easy to use and good quality scans. If your looking for a great printer this is the one for you. 5 |
