Eq Headphones Iphone

These have a very clean, clear open sound for a noise cancelling headphone. When set with no EQ, they do have a significantly increased bass response compared to what I'm used to in headphones, but that bass is extremely tight and articulate, not boomy or muddy. You can turn it down 2 to 4 dB with the simple three-band EQ that is set from the iPhone or Android app if you're like me. (Note that I'm used to somewhat lean bass, my wired headphones being HD600, HD800S, and Audeze LCD-5, all of which can benefit from a bass boost in EQ). Unlike my first wireless Momentum, these pair easily and reliably with Apple devices (in my case) including laptop, iPhone, and iPad. They can pair two devices at once and auto-switch between them. The call quality is exceptional, the touch control on the righthand earpiece is easy and simple, and the noice cancelling is good, without giving the impression of reduced sound quality. Last, they offer insanly good battery life! (Sennheiser claims 60 hours). At the new lower price, I think they are an excellent value, and a pleasure to listen to.

For the price I wasn't expecting such great sound. Paired with an iPhone with EQ set to Flat the music from Apple's music app produces amazing sound, especially for such a compact speaker. I am finally able to mix with headphones! These are so much more than an eq curve. It is like you can really hear the mixing environment.

Headphones are loud and clear all the right eq to it, use it more than my beats solo hd, they are comfy over the ears.. And better yet they were Free with my purchase over $

When I first started my business had another set of headphones and I kept trying to eq to make it sound right. and it sounded wrong when I got back to the studio. I went back to the vendor and listened to a bunch of headphones and picked the AKG K 240. They seem flat to me, no boost anywhere. I also learned to never eq in the field. This is my second set of K-240s and the new features are great. The replaceable cord and the lower impedance (600 ohms on the first pair) make these so much better but the response is still flat to my ears.

I never mixed with headphones before because it just sounded so odd when I tried. I was told to try these and it really helps - it is as comfortable as with real speakers - You can make eq and balance decisions with them. Great for low end listening where most home studio monitors fail.

I wanted so bad to like some other headphones which had a better design but after listening to these, it was undeniable which headphones performed the best. I especially love the EQ which allows you to get the sound 'just right' and the feature where placing your hand over the right ear cup temporarily stops the noise cancellation, lowers the music volume and lets environment sounds come through so you can hear and chat to someone if they come by. A big game changer in an office environment when people come by to my desk at various times of the day. Sony really hit it out of the park!
