Essential Programs For Gaming Computers

This product has really improved computer speed. We were having issues with our computers slowing down when we were using Adobe Design Programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) but now it works great. Shipping was super fast too!

Transferring data from an old to a new computer is a bumber. There are so many programs that need to move, so much data. Before the move I went through the old computer and tried to delete old, unused, or redundant data and programs, a daunting task for sure but an opportunity to rid the drive of the unused and out of date information. That done there remains gigabytes of data that needs be moved. The usual method might be transferring what data is needed to an intermediary drive and then downloading and reinstalling the programs that use the information. This program automates most of that chore. I was able to do this without attaching a common cable to the two computers and was able to do the transfer over the home network to which both new and old computers were connected. The program alerted me to a lack of sufficient space on the new C drive so I moved some picture files to a separate drive. All in all this made a usually painful process into one that was just arduous and although I was uncertain about the results when beginning when done I was pleased with what had been transferred. Even the sign in and authentication codes for some programs moved eliminating the need for re installation. I would recommend this program.

I recently upgraded one of the shop computers and in addition to a new updated motherboard I chose the Intel i7-11700K processor. It was easy to install and worked perfectly out of the box. I am using a 360 AIO water cooler so the processor temperatures are within a respectable range. It operates most of our CAD programs at the optimum range and is comparable to the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X with the programs we use, though this processor was less expensive than the Ryzen processor.

I use this kvm switch to go between two desktop computers. One has all of my personal business info and programs, the other is my expermental computer. The reason I give this switch 5 stars is that in works perfectly with my Logitech MX5500 Blue Tooth keyboard/mouse combo. I had problems with other switches being able to use both the keyboard and mouse. I have not found a bad thing about this product.

I bought this last April on sale from B & H but couldn't resist a black Friday deal and got it again for next year. I am a professional photographer and Lightroom and Photoshop are both very essential to my work. I can do 90% of my work in Lightroom, but advanced retouching and other things are best done in Photoshop. With this program you don't have a monthly bill, and you always get the latest updates for both of these essential photography programs. And if you compare this to just buying Lightroom alone and keeping that program updated, you can get both programs for basically the same price for the first two years, and even though Lightroom can do most of your work, there are certain things you will absolutely need Photoshop for.

I had installed some in the past but needed everything to work and left it to a professional. The IT guy said what kind of gaming will you be doing, when he saw the memory cards. I run a few CadCam design programs that require a lot of memory. My son does some gaming on my computer since is equipped for it. I have notice a big difference when running my Cam programs, they run faster and more stable. I can now run other programs simultaneously if needed without any inconvenience. My son also liked the boost in memory for gaming, he now tried to use my computer a lot more. Might him his own now. Very impressed and satisfied with the upgrade.

This is extremely helpful and essential if you work out of your computers. I am a developer/programmer and Semi Pro photographer. Having the extra insurance policy on my tools is essential. This is totally legit and I am totally happy I didn't pay the extra $109. Great if you want to protect your MacBook Pro with or without Retina. B&H's price was amazing. It's still pricey, but the extra security is essential.

I am a "Ham" operator. Specialized cables in lenghts to get to and from equipment is essential. From your radios,Amplifiers and computers and monitors (three) plus four(4) computers. You cannot beat cables to go. Good people and a great product. Hal S.

My teenager needed a new computer for school work. He wanted to have a computer for gaming. I have tried other companies (both laptops and desktops) and have always enjoyed my HP computers more than the others. The computer came sooner than expected and was very easy to set up. There was none of the usual "free" apps or updates that were needed for previous purchased computers. Within a couple of minutes, he was already gaming. This Envy satisfied both of our needs.
