Well, you should know what a beauty dish does, and this one does it very well. It is very well constructed, and with the right adapter can be used with just about any lights. I use Elinchrom monolights and with the Norman adapter is seems that it was made for my lights. If you need a BD, just buy it, it is great.

I'm using this BD along with Einstein (PCB) with the Kacey Balcar Adapter and it is rock solid! The light is soft as advertised. Easy to mount once you figure it out but it's built like a Tonka truck! Once you use it you will want to use it all the time. The light distribution is very uniform so you can have the same output every time. I love it! It's BIG so you must have a lot of free space in your car to carry it on location. I'm very pleased with the results of the Setti.
