It provides very fast wifi and cable connections. I signed up for gigabit ethernet from my provider and my ethernet speed test was approximately 930 mb/s download. Wifi speed test was approximately 700 mb/s without being right next to the router. The user interface for the cell phone app is extremely easy to use. Works great, a little difficult to see the model and serial number to find the driver online, but it would be helpful to a scan code to access it. No issues at all. 5 |

I bought 2 of the SB-3691 after giving up on another brand scaler which was twice as expensive. I'm using the Shinybow 3691 to switch two sources between pass-thru of one of the sources and PiP with both sources. I'm using the serial input for automated control and if works flawlessly, and reliably, even with varying input resolutions. The only problem I had was there are actually two different models of the SB-3691, with different serial command sets. Only the newer model did what I wanted. But, with B&H's excellent support and generous return/exchange policy, I was able to quickly exchange to older unit for the new model. 5 |
