Ethernet Lan Adapter For Nintendo Wii Usb Port

My laptop doesn't have an ethernet port. This USB adapter is a great solution.

This single-purpose adapter may be more reliable than an Ethernet port combined into a multipurpose USB hub. Still, with all such adapters, you may sometimes need to unplug and re-insert the USB hookup. TP-Link also has a USB-C version; I've purchased many of both types.

I'm using this with my older Macbook pro that does not have USB-C or ethernet ports. I just plugged this adapter in my USB-A port and it worked right away. The computer saw it and connected to my network without any issues. This will come in super handy when I need the fastest signal possible. Or if the wireless connection is spotty. I did a speed test with this adapter connected and I was getting over 500 mbps upload and download speeds on my work network connection, which is as fast as I can expect to get. I'm using this with my Macbook Air that only has USB-C ports and no ethernet port. This adapter worked right out of the box to give me an ethernet connection. Just plugged the ethernet cable in to the adapter, connected the adapter to the CPU's USB-C port, and my computer connected to my work network flawlessly. The wifi at my work is not great, so this adapter is giving me a fast network connection now through ethernet. I did a speed test and I'm getting approximately 500mbps upload/download speeds with this adapter, which is fantastic. I also appreciate that the adapter has LED indicators. One light shows there is a connection (green). The middle light shows there is power (White/blue). And the 3rd light blinks orange to show there is activity. Having these lights could come in handy if I need to trouble shoot, which is very helpful. The build quality is also really good. This feels like it will last a long time. The cable seems sturdy and the ethernet cable plugs in securely into the adapter's port. Overall, I'm happy with this adapter and it is working very well. I used this to connect my external hdd to my Wii U. One USB port doesn't send enough power so i bought this wire to allow charging from two ports. Works great and works with my Wii U.

I always take my multiport adapter with me whenever I'm traveling. Super handy especially the ethernet port.

I got this to transport a Nintendo Wii unit. Worked as needed and is very secure. I wish I had an electirc carving knife to shape the foam better. I need to search for other methods.

When I first tried the Oculus Quest 2 it reminded me of a cross between the Nintendo Wii and an online game called Second Life. It really is amazing and it will only get better. There is something for everyone young and old, adrenaline junkies to zen masters. The improvements I anticipate seeing in future Quest versions are more realistic avatars, higher resolution and most importantly a lighter headset. But the Oculus 2 is one of the most exciting purchases I have made since buying Nintendo Wii in 2008. It isn’t just a gaming system it is an experience.
